I am an experienced Financial Director, used to the rigors of today's business world. I have worked in manufacturing and service industries and know the importance of control of profit and cash but also the relationship with all levels of the business. I try to get under the skin of the business so that I understand it. Each business is unique and that's what makes it what it is.

I build relationships and am the friendly ear to the stressed business owner. I can lift much of the pressure off the person trying to develop the business by giving control of finances allowing others to concentrate on their core areas and creating growth.

I work with one person start-ups and larger businesses of the small to medium category.

The support needed may be minimal or it may be greater. I am happy to talk about a couple of hours per month upwards. I can visit your site or work remotely.
